Rekha is a qualified social worker with three decades of experience working with students and their families. She completed her postgraduate degree in Social Work in 1995 from the prestigious Madras Christian College, India and is also trained in ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis). With extensive knowledge and practical expertise in working with a wide range of disabilities, social and emotional needs, she is committed to collaborative problem-solving by working closely with individuals and families to develop solutions that effectively address their unique needs and challenges.
