Noreen Khan is a dedicated primary educator who is passionate about creating engaging, inclusive learning environments where every child can thrive. Originally from London, she holds a degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Westminster before pursuing her true passion for education by completing her PGCE at Brunel University.
Noreen began her teaching journey as an English Language Assistant in Hamburg, supporting students from Grades 5 to 9, before returning to the UK to teach across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Over the past four years, she has taken on a range of leadership responsibilities, including Physical Education Subject Leader, Early Career Teacher Mentor, and most recently, Head of Year.
She is committed to nurturing curiosity, building confidence, and inspiring a love of learning in every child. Noreen believes that a positive, supportive classroom enables students to take risks, embrace challenges, and achieve their full potential academically and personally.
Outside of school, Noreen enjoys reading, travelling, going to the gym, and spending time with family and friends. She is excited to join the GEMS Metropole Al Waha community and looks forward to supporting students as they learn, grow, and succeed.
