Nikita Johnson
Head of Key Stage 3
Originally from Birmingham, England, Nikita started teaching secondary maths in 2012, following the completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Finance from De Montfort University and a PGCE in mathematics.
Transitioning towards pastoral care in 2014, Nikita assumed the role of Head of Year. In 2016, she obtained a Masters in Education, underscoring her dedication to improving the educational landscape. Currently serving as Head of Key Stage 3, Nikita brings over 10 years of pastoral leadership experience.
Her enthusiasm for cultivating a vibrant learning environment is pivotal, as she is committed to fostering a passion for learning, nurturing individual strengths, and creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and personal growth. Outside her professional endeavors, Nikita finds balance through her love for netball, gym attendance, and cherished moments with family and friends.
