Amirah hails from Reading, England, a town situated just west of London. An English Teacher by profession, she has immersed herself in the UAE's educational landscape for nearly four years. Possessing a bachelor’s degree in English from The University of Winchester, Amirah also boasts a postgraduate certificate in Education from the University of Portsmouth.

A guiding principle of Amirah's educational philosophy is rooted in the belief that every child possesses unique qualities, deserving of an enriching educational milieu conducive to holistic growth - physical, mental, emotional, and social. She nurtures a deep aspiration to foster an environment where students can unleash their full potential. A secure space awaits, where students are encouraged to share their thoughts and embrace the prospects of calculated risks. During her leisure moments, Amirah indulges in reading, gym sessions, retail therapy, and engaging in social interactions with her companions. Her literary interests span the globe, encompassing a variety of poets; Rupi Kaur, Carol Ann Duffy, and Maya Angelou rank among her personal favourites.

Amirah is an avid traveler, her journeys having graced over 20 countries, with an impressive tally of 14 in the previous year alone. The cherished memory of island hopping in Phuket, Thailand remains engraved in her mind. She harbors aspirations of broadening her global explorations in the years ahead. Amirah's teaching experience encompasses both England and Dubai; however, she finds unparalleled delight in starting her workday in Dubai, where the sun radiates and the climate remains warm.
