Ruby Latham, a passionate and dedicated educator, joined the MTW family as a founding member with a commitment to driving excellence in teaching and learning.

With a BSc in Sports Science with Human Biology and a Master’s in Education, Ruby brings both subject expertise and a deep understanding of pedagogy to her role. Her experience as a subject leader in the UK laid the foundation for her work in leading teaching and learning at MTW, where she champions personalised approaches that ensure every child can succeed.

Ruby is dedicated to supporting staff development, recognising that empowering teachers is key to delivering the highest quality education. Through collaboration and professional growth, she works to build a culture where both staff and students thrive.

At the heart of Ruby’s educational philosophy is the belief that every learner deserves opportunities tailored to their strengths, needs, and aspirations. By fostering an inclusive and supportive environment, she strives to create pathways for all children to achieve their full potential.
